It's Tuesday morning, and you're standing in front of your closet again. Your hand gravitates toward the same navy blazer, the same comfortable jeans, the same safe choices that have become your uniform. It feels familiar, predictable, even comforting. But somewhere beneath that comfort lies a question: when did playing it safe become more important than feeling inspired?
Sound familiar? It does to me. Recently, I started working on a project that feels very familiar. The Summer mix of unbearable heat and torrential rain showers has me wanting to reach for the same garments day in and day out.

Routine has its place. We focus on it here often because life requires it. Habits can serve us well, streamlining our mornings and reducing decision fatigue. But not all habits deserve our loyalty. Don’t let routine quietly steal your spark, turning us into passengers in our own lives. The antidote isn't a complete wardrobe overhaul or a shopping spree. It's something far more powerful and accessible: curiosity.
Walt Disney understood this when he said, "We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths." That restless, wondering spirit doesn't just fuel creativity in animation studios or boardrooms. It transforms how we see ourselves and express who we are through what we wear.
